Ticket terms

Your booking
These terms apply to bookings made with Midwest ShowMakerz LLC through this website. Review the event date, location, admission type, age restriction, price and refund policy before placing an order. A calendar announcement does not guarantee tickets are available. Your booking is confirmed when a free registration completes or your payment is confirmed.
Prices and payments
Prices are in US dollars. The checkout total shows applicable tax and discounts before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe. An unpaid reservation holds availability temporarily; it is not a valid admission. If a payment arrives after a reservation expires, we initiate a refund rather than issue tickets for unavailable inventory.
Your tickets and account
Each QR code admits one person to its event. Keep codes private: sharing a code can allow someone else to use it first. A duplicate scan does not provide another admission. Sign in and verify the email used at checkout to manage your bookings. Keep your contact information accurate and your account credentials private. We cannot verify tickets acquired outside our official booking channels.
At the event
Follow the age restrictions and venue rules shown for the event, along with staff directions. Bring any identification required by the venue. Harassment, violence and conduct that endangers others are not permitted. If you have an accessibility question or need help with admission, contact us before the event where possible.
Refunds and event changes
Your event’s policy is saved with the order. Our refund policy explains cancellation, review requests, package allocations and provider processing. Check the event page and your email for changes. Contact us if a change prevents you from attending or a payment or admission does not match your booking.
Privacy and communication
Read our privacy policy to understand how booking and account data are handled. Ticket, refund and account messages support your booking. Marketing announcements are optional and can be changed in My account.
