Where are my tickets? Open My tickets after you sign in with the verified email you used at checkout. This also links guest purchases to your account. Contact the team if you cannot find the booking.

Can I request a refund? Review the policy shown before checkout. Eligible orders offer cancellation in My tickets. You can also request organizer review. Read the refund policy for details.

Before you attend. Check the event page for the time, location, age rule and venue rules. A calendar announcement is not the same as tickets being on sale.
