Booking support
Plans change. Here’s how refunds work.
Policy version: September 25, 2026. Your order keeps the terms shown when you purchased.
Start with your event’s policy
Each event displays its refund policy before payment. It may allow refunds until a stated deadline, require organizer review, or exclude refunds for a change of plans. The policy saved with your order applies to that purchase. Later changes to the event policy do not replace it.
Cancel or request a review
Sign in with your purchase email and open My tickets. Eligible unused orders show a cancellation option. Otherwise, submit a refund request with your reason. You can see the decision in My account. Submitting a request does not itself approve a refund or cancel a ticket.
Cancelled, postponed or moved events
If the organizer cancels an event, you can cancel an unused order for a full refund through your account or contact us for help. If an event is postponed or moved and you cannot attend, submit a request so we can review the change and your original booking terms. Contact us if you believe a booking was charged incorrectly or a paid ticket was not provided.
Individual tickets and packages
Checked-in tickets cannot be cancelled through self-service. Contact us if there is a problem with your admission. For an approved partial refund, each unused admission receives its allocated share of the original purchase, including its proportion of discounts and tax. A group or couple ticket has a separate QR code for each person.
Processing is different from completed
Card refunds go to the original payment method. While a refund is processing, the affected tickets cannot admit. Once it succeeds, those QR codes are invalid. If the provider reports that the refund failed or was cancelled, ticket access is restored. Your bank determines when a successful refund appears on your statement.
